EC picnic: We had so much food!! Nice and juicy burgers and specially marinated beef brats and sweet and cool watermelon!! Wow!! Thanks all of you who prepared great food for us!!

In downtown Dallas, there is a ministry called “Soupmobile”. They serve a hot bowl of soup and a sandwich for the homeless every lunch. Starting from last month, EC tries to make some of sandwiches for them. With $40, we are able to make around 100 sandwiches. So we decided to have one meal fasting and offer that money for preparing sandwiches. Last month and this month, we made little bit over 400 sandwiches…
Hopefully we do more each month…
